Make a Complaint/Report

Please see the Sexual Misconduct/Sexual Assault Policy (Title IX). Disciplinary complaints alleging a violation of this policy are adjudicated under the Sexual Misconduct Adjudication Process (SMAP).

Where can I make a report?

• Ethicspoint (Anonymous)
• The Sexual Misconduct Resource Specialist, Nandi Bynoe
• The Sexual Misconduct (Title IX) Reporting Liaisons
• The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO)
• Any University Administrator such as Resident Assistants (RAs), Coaches, Deans, and the Tufts University Police (TUPD)
• Any person listed as a non-confidential resource.

Please note that making a report does not mean that you are required to take disciplinary action against the perpetrator.
